Kazoku — Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

By creating an account or using Kazoku, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate registration details and be old enough to use the service in your country.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app — Settings → your profile card → the gear icon in the top right → Delete account. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone; see Data deletion for what this removes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kazoku for anything unlawful, or to send malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service or gain unauthorized access.

Kazoku has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not send content that harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans others, hate speech, sexually explicit or violent content, and do not impersonate anyone.

Blocking & reporting

You can block anyone from their profile: a blocked person can no longer message or call you, react to your messages or add you to groups. You can report a person from their profile, or a single message by pressing and holding it. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or delete the accounts responsible.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant us only the limited technical rights needed to store, transmit and display it to your intended recipients as part of operating the service.

Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kazoku and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
